These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries made by Mube International Trading. By using our services or goods, you agree to these terms. We exclusively focus on business customers both domestically and internationally.
1. Business Delivery
We only supply to companies, resellers, distributors, and exporters. Private sales are excluded. All transactions fall under commercial law and are aimed at B2B distribution.
2. Offers and Prices
Our offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of VAT, import duties, levies, or logistical surcharges. No rights can be derived from printing or typing errors.
3. Orders and Agreements
An agreement is established after we have confirmed an order in writing or via email. Verbal promises are only valid after written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving a reason.
4. Delivery and Risk
Deliveries take place from our warehouses in the Netherlands or via logistical partners. The risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier. Delivery times are always indicative.
5. Payment
Invoices must be paid within the agreed term. In case of late payment, we will charge interest and any collection costs. In case of repeated non-payment, we reserve the right to block further deliveries.
6. Retention of Title
All delivered goods remain the property of Mube International Trading until full payment has been received. In the event of payment arrears, we reserve the right to reclaim goods.
7. Return Policy and Complaints
We only deliver in batches. Returns are only accepted after written permission. Complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If agreed, we will offer an appropriate settlement.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the delivery concerned. We are not liable for consequential damage, loss of profit, delay, or any other indirect damage, unless intent or gross negligence has been demonstrated.
9. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. Force majeure includes: natural disasters, pandemics, war, export bans, transport restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
All transactions with Mube International Trading are exclusively governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes, we strive for a solution through consultation. If this is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent court in Limburg.
